3 Convenient Camp Times
for Busy Women Like You:

I know you are busy.  So, to help fit better health into your schedule, we meet early.  Camp times are: Monday through Friday from 5:30 – 6:30am, 7:30-8:30am (Beginner's Basic Boot Camp only) or, 9 -10am during the both the 4-week and 3-week Holiday Camp programs. 

You have 2 attendance options for any camp: either 3-days per week as a "general fitness/jumpstart" option, or, 5-days per week for a "fat loss/optimal fitness" option.

Where do we meet?  The location is proprietary information for registered participants only.  Not only does this keep everyone safe, but it also prevents unwanted guests from showing up unannounced! 

I'll reveal the location during your private pre-camp evaluation or during a qualified pre-camp phone consultation. 

Rest assured: the camp is conveniently located off a major highway near downtown Portland and is easy to access.
