The Secret to the Program is This:
Each workout - and each week - builds on the previous one. The workouts keep changing and using different techniques. This keeps you motivated and literally forces your body to become leaner, tighter, and stronger. Here's what I'm talking about: Sometimes we body sculpt to tone and tighten. Other days we do fat-loss circuit training to shed inches all over and melt flab like ice-cream on a hot Georgia summer! We also do: pilates moves, power yoga moves, flexibility training, cardio training, balance training, jump rope, obstacle courses, and FUN fitness games too. You’ll always be challenged, you'll never get bored, and you’ll have a great time! Don't worry... your current fitness level makes zero difference. You'll fit right in.
